Brave Hearts Exhibition: the New Zealand Cardiac Story
The Brave Hearts Exhibition: the New Zealand Cardiac Story is an interactive museum exhibition housed in two transportable 40ft specially modified shipping containers developed under the auspices of Auckland Medical Museum Trust by the Brave Hearts Steering Committee. It tells the story of New Zealand’s pivotal role in the development of cardiac surgery, including patient and clinician perspectives. CSANZ members have been an important part of this story, and the development of the exhibition.
Waikato University will host the exhibition in Hamilton from early February 2018 before returning to various sites in Auckland. The Trust aims to showcase Brave Hearts to as many New Zealanders as possible throughout the country, pending funding.
The Brave Hearts Exhibition is highly recommended. See the website for further details of where you can visit and how you can support Brave Hearts.
